5-1/4" OAL 1-1/2" wide ,holes 3-1/2" or 4" on center because of the slotted end, distance between holes 3" to 3-1/2". Fits 3" and 3.5" wide frames. Heavy duty multi use plate, use with 1/2" or 7/16" bolts or u-bolts to secure brackets or accessories to trailer frame. Hot dipped galvanized for protection. Hardware not included.
